Our suppliers are notified of the Company’s expectations for business conduct through supplier code of conduct.

Failure to abide by the Company’s policies can result in corrective action including termination of employment or the business relationship. The Company also maintains a Helpline for reporting any suspected violations or improper activity, whether within our business or supply chain. Any claims are vigorously investigated, and remediation is taken if warranted.
